Many San Antonio'ns would gripe that they call a technician for repair, but instead get a salesman to sell them a new system!

1. NO BULL &%*#! Every diagnose of our's will be accurate and not be proven wrong, or else we will pay you back up to $500, or reimburse what you paid towards correct repair!*

What is the easiest way to slaughter a bull? Coax and cajole it; the moment the bull trust you, that's when you go for the kill. So it can be for a trusting homeowner making friends with the sales guy: the minute you open up, the next thing you know you're getting "killed" signing +/-$10,000 of your hard earned money! Even worse, you may never hear from that so called friend ever again...
